• By making a payment to Zero Two Travel, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your group and that the terms and conditions apply collectively to the reservation not the individual.
  • Online registration does not guarantee your reservation. Reserved seating is upon receipt of the reservation fee only.
  • Seats are given strictly on a first come first served basis upon receipt of the reservation fee
  • Reservation fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new guest on the same scheduled dates.
  • Remaining balance must be fulfilled at least 7 business days prior to date of travel. Otherwise, reservation will be auto-cancelled. Guests may rebook if there are still available slots, however full payment will be charged. Late payment arrangements/flex plans must be approved by one of our travel assistants.
  • Refund Policy: A partial refund (50% of balance paid) will be issued if you decide to cancel your trip at least 15 business days prior to travel.
  • Rescheduling: A rescheduling fee of Php 500/head is applied if requested at least 10 business days prior to travel.
  • Child Policy: Three (3) year old and below are free of charge provided that they share a seat/bed with their parent/s.
  • Late payments: If a late payment arrangement is approved, and there is a cancellation of 1 or more guests within 10 business days of the travel dates, the full balance must still be paid in order for the group to proceed.
  • Zero Two Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour if minimum number of seats are not fulfilled. You may opt to reschedule your reservation to any other available schedules or request a full refund.
  • In any event scheduled tours are affected by weather disturbances and other acts of nature, Zero Two Travel reserves the right to cancel trips and will be rescheduled accordingly. Full refund will also be offered (less 10% service charge).
  • Zero Two Travel, its employees and tour guides shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation in the itinerary.
